Necro Revival

A 2D shooter where you play as a wizard fighting against waves of bats, zombies and skeletons. Collect buffs and defeat your opponents using your magic abilities.

Modifications:

Changed the theme and visual design of the game. The player character became a wizard and the villains became zombies, skeletons and bats. Gave spawners sprite skins. Changed the environment to resemble a forest with trees and grass. 

Gave the player additional abilities which can be obtained throughout the game and a way to recover health. Created and added different animations related to specific abilities being used.

Created multiple levels with different layouts, increased difficulty and different player upgrades obtained by defeating specific villains.

Added a display text for the player's health and for the number of enemies defeated required before the main boss villain appears. The player's remaining health will be added to the score at the end of each level.

Created a special final boss with different mechanics and a health bar. 

Modified the audio speed on some levels to match the tone of the game.

Added instructions to help the player.
